Excellent Tens Unit
This tens unit is great. I love the dual channel function for getting extra coverage when needed. It seems durable, and I like the build quality. The main control unit feels good in the hand and fits in most pockets. The included carrying case is great for keeping a bunch of pads in a safe place, and keeping the unit secure while traveling.

Great value in a small form factor
This pocket-sized, rechargeable TENS/EMS unit offers great value and convenience. Its lightweight, rechargeable design makes it easy to carry and use discreetly anywhere—whether at home, work, or during travel. The unit comes with a variety of wired pads that securely snap into place, offering flexibility with up to four pads connected simultaneously for a balanced effect. With 20 intensity levels and multiple modes for both TENS and EMS therapy, it allows for customized sessions tailored to individual needs.

Everything you need
I used to get this therapy at my physical therapy appointments and it does feel so good on my lower back pain. You start with low frequency and work up to what you can handle, and then lay there for 15 minutes. The instructions with this are pretty clear, and It comes with everything you need to get started. Not only that, you get the booties for the reflexology foot massage, which actually does feel really good after a long day of being on your feet. I was pleasantly surprised at how effective this little unit is. I would recommend this item.

A Must Have After Wisdom Teeth Removal
I got this for my daughter before she got her wisdom teeth out and it was a lifesaver. It was great because she got all 4 teeth removed so she would have had to use both hands to keep icepacks on it otherwise. Also, she could sleep or play on her computer while icing her face. The packs melt/warm up pretty fast (the same as the ones her dentist gave us), so be prepared to switch them out every hour or so and always make sure to have another set ready to go in the freezer. It took her just under a week to fully recover.
